i have two forges a coke one for the forging of the steel and a charcoal one for the temper / Quenching ,
I have worked as a panlebeater spraypainter in various industrys / aircraft /cars / boat / engeneering / truck / since i was 15 yrs old in England I have been in Aussie for 40 yrs
The polishing of the blades is all done by hand and traditional stones not a power grinder as in stock removal all the blades are hand forged from bar stock round and flat Carbon steel 1045/ 1050 / 1055 /
